Teams not working on Mac

Hi, i am trying to access teams on mac, it was working fine. However the last few times i restart my computer, it just displays a blank white screen with no message and it does not load any further. I have tried uninstalling and installing. 

Would someone be able to help with this

    I have done as you suggest and will wait to see how it works at the next meeting.  Do you think there is any difference between Teams Free and subscription Teams?

    Thanks. That's fixed it!! I just wished we could use Slack at work so that the client works properly, complete with GPU acceleration.

    Hi Deborah,

    I’m afraid I haven’t investigated that. I would expect it would as it should be the same its just the subscription type that should change. 

    I came across this thread searching for more info on the blank box when launching the app and thought I would put in what I’d found elsewhere when i had users report the screen corruption.
