Teams not working on Mac

Hi, i am trying to access teams on mac, it was working fine. However the last few times i restart my computer, it just displays a blank white screen with no message and it does not load any further. I have tried uninstalling and installing. 

Would someone be able to help with this

    Hi Amisha,

    I have half solved the problem by using chrome as the browser and copying the invitation into the broser rather than clicking on it to enter.

    Nope, that did absolutely nothing. I did actually take the extreme step of Reading The Fine Forum before asking; my bad for not mentioning that earlier.

    Interesting thing is, the Teams web client behaves the same way, flashing between screens in a quick loop but never launching the web app. That behavior is not browser-specific.

    You can try to clear Teams cache to see if it helps for your issue, please follow the steps below:

    1. Click Go > Go To Folder.
    2. Then negative to following folder and delete them to see if it helps.

    ~/Library/Caches/com.microsoft.teams 

    ~/Library/Caches/com.microsoft.teams.shipit 

    ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams

    My microsoft teams on Mac keeps crashing as well. I updated the OS on the MAC, I uninstalled the app, deleted these folders as mentioned above, reinstalled the app. The app was working fine for two days and then crashed again. Repeated the process and the app is working fine again for now, but may crash again. Please assist in why this keeps happening?
