Hi, i am trying to access teams on mac, it was working fine. However the last few times i restart my computer, it just displays a blank white screen with no message and it does not load any further. I have tried uninstalling and installing.

Would someone be able to help with this

found the problem with "white screen of death" - https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/teams-federation-authentication-macos-x-customer/m-p/2191898#M86880

    I'm afraid it doesn't help me - I couldn't follow what I should do.

Hi, never chatted here so not sure if I'm responding correctly but I'm a new Mac M1 user and teams worked great first time 7 weeks ago and not since, is this an ongoing Mac issue still. I read stuff about clearing cache etc but would this have to be done each time? Makes it frustrating. Shouldn't it work consistently or does it have to do with MS stuff not working on the Mac which wouldn't make sense being many used office etc. on macs. Anyway after trying to search online why I can no longer use it came across this thread so thought this may be a good place to ask as I seem to be having an issue many others are having. Thanks and be well!

I was in a rush, so I paid my tech support person to install. Several others who teach in my large district (6.5 hours daily on TEAMS, teaching virtually every minute) are using Macs and having no problems. Some of the others, though, had the same issue and have found solutions by themselves. One gal called the Apple Support line and they helped her for 30 minutes very carefully, then waited another 45 minutes for everything to update, and she has been fine. I just did not have the time to spend with Apple Support so I took the "pay the Pro" route. I had my old MacBook Pro for 11 years, so I am not ready to give up on this new one. I LOOOOVE a Mac.
