Hi, i am trying to access teams on mac, it was working fine. However the last few times i restart my computer, it just displays a blank white screen with no message and it does not load any further. I have tried uninstalling and installing.

Would someone be able to help with this

delete my cache didn't help on my mac - even the symptom is the same -> small white window with no content in it ??

    Log shows:

Thanks for your response Shawn, but starting yet another thread on this topic seems futile.

Me and my colleagues using MacOS are all experiencing this issue with Teams on Mac and we're all getting the same response, which is basically "empty your cache folder". Would you appreciate that as a valid response for any software?

I apologize for hijacking this thread, but please resolve the underlying issue rather than ask your users to empty the cache or use teams online.

    Thanks

This solves _a_ problem, not _the_ problem.

This has been an issue with Teams on Mac for at least six months and you're still referring to clearing the cache or use Teams online.

I am clearing the cache every now and then and it helps me continue working in Teams not having to resort to using the online version. I'm fairly fed up with this.

A fix is needed in the client, not by me or any other person having to manually clear something the client is adding which prevents it from working...
