I can log in to Teams but halfway through the meeting the computer crashes and I cannot even escape from Teams.  I have to restart the computer and the reload takes ages.  This is a real problem for me and should be able to be fixed by Microsoft.  Please fix it, it is ruining my work!

I am experincing the same thing... white screen if it ever logs in, this is happening on my mac desktop app, and the web version in both Safari and Chrome....

i can log in no problem on my phone, however i cant possibly keep up with the demands of my organization while operating on just a mobile app.

Has anyone anywhere found a fix?

Andrea Giraldo Ramirez's post should be the first answer....

I did a full drive search and deleted all com.microsoft.teams files.  No help.

I wiped the drive of teams files one more time and logged in with Google Chrome.

Next Teams was loaded using a new invite link from the MacBook Pro that was working.

I then logged out of Chrome and it worked.

One note.  I use three different computers every day, and log into all three.  I was logged out in order to make this happen.  There is a possibility although very remote that being logged in on more that one location might not help.

Best of luck and I hope it keeps working.
