MS Teams for mac unable to share desktop or other screens - app and online versions

In MS Teams , I cannot share my Desktop / Application Windows. Teams alerts me that it needs Screen Recording permissions, although I have actually granted these before, and the regarding boxes in System Preferences are already ticked. 

I have the newest version of Catalina and Teams. Nevertheless I don´t know exactly which applications are blocking the Teams screen sharing and why., I have followed all suggestions such as using the online version, same issue occurs, removing VPNs and rebooting and updating apps and the mac itself......I use Teams constantly for work and this is causing me a major hassle!

    I know this "solution" may sound totally bananas...but it worked once...

    User running MacOS Catalina 10.15.7

    Running latest build of MS Teams 1.3.00.26266

    Unable to use Screenshare

    I remoted into her mac with TeamViewer

    Started a Teams meeting between her and I

    On her mac I attempted to start Screen Share

    System prompted to enable in System Preferences

    Clicked the OPEN SYSTEM PREFERENCES button and MIRACULOUSLY the MS Teams options was now available in Screen Recording.

    Sounds crazy...but worked.

    What's even crazier...I am running exact same make/model of MacBookPro, exact same MacOS, and exact same build of MS Teams and have not ever had any issues!

    I had the same problem, couldn’t share my screen with teams ( and I downloaded 3 days ago catalina)

    : when I went to security & privacy -> screen recording->  I wasn’t able to see microsoft teams 

    solution; 

    Security & privacy -> full disk access -> add microsoft teams  -> close teams -> reopen teams -> go back to security & privacy -> now youll be able to see teams in files and folders, but also in screen recording ! Click on teams in screen recording (and close teams). Reopen your teams and tadaaaaaaaaam

    Hello, I am a MAC user as well and I am having the same problem. 

    Hello, The same issue on my MAC :(,

    the same is with system audio shareing which is not availble at all.
