MS Teams for mac unable to share desktop or other screens - app and online versions

In MS Teams , I cannot share my Desktop / Application Windows. Teams alerts me that it needs Screen Recording permissions, although I have actually granted these before, and the regarding boxes in System Preferences are already ticked. 

I have the newest version of Catalina and Teams. Nevertheless I don´t know exactly which applications are blocking the Teams screen sharing and why., I have followed all suggestions such as using the online version, same issue occurs, removing VPNs and rebooting and updating apps and the mac itself......I use Teams constantly for work and this is causing me a major hassle!

    Hi,

    Has this issue been sorted? I am encountaring the same exact problem.

    1. I can't share my screen through teams.
    2. When I try to give it access through screen recording, I can't see MS teams there. 

    Can anyone help?

    To me it says that "Screensharing is controlled by Remote management" (sorry for the translation, i have the Mac in Czech).

    On My mac is not set any "remote control" :-O

    But as written before, I have solved the problem by reinstall of Teams.

    Hi All. Please turn on screen sharing setting as follows:

    System preference > Sharing > Tick "Screen Sharing" in "On" Column

    I am using Catalina 10.15.7

    It is already on but still the problem persisit

    I am facing same issue on my mac Catalina 10.15.7. I am able to use each and every feature accept the screen sharing option. it all the time shows that go to security and privacy settings and check the screen recording box. but its already checked and still there is no option to share desktop.
