MS Teams for mac unable to share desktop or other screens - app and online versions

In MS Teams , I cannot share my Desktop / Application Windows. Teams alerts me that it needs Screen Recording permissions, although I have actually granted these before, and the regarding boxes in System Preferences are already ticked. 

I have the newest version of Catalina and Teams. Nevertheless I don´t know exactly which applications are blocking the Teams screen sharing and why., I have followed all suggestions such as using the online version, same issue occurs, removing VPNs and rebooting and updating apps and the mac itself......I use Teams constantly for work and this is causing me a major hassle!

I am experiencing the exact same issue. About a month ago some colleagues had this issue. They did the workarounds or deleted Microsoft Office and reinstalled (or for some it was just a computer restart or app update) and everything is fine. Or some report it still doesn't work for them from the app but does work from the web version.

For me, this just started happening. Sometimes when I close Terms and reopen, the issue magically goes away. Other times  I get the privacy settings message. I do everything described above but it still doesn't work. I can sometimes share from the web, but not from the app. I am a teacher and Teams is how we are running our distance learning so I am in it every day and and never know if it will work or not. I too am extremely frustrated.

MS Teams on Mac only shows those windows that are not in full screen mode. Once you make the window you want to share exit full screen and the click the Share Tray in MS Teams it will show that window.

I have a additional question : why I am only able to share the "teams window" (below the "fenêtre") and not all the opened windows of my Mac ?
