In MS Teams , I cannot share my Desktop / Application Windows. Teams alerts me that it needs Screen Recording permissions, although I have actually granted these before, and the regarding boxes in System Preferences are already ticked.
I have the newest version of Catalina and Teams. Nevertheless I don´t know exactly which applications are blocking the Teams screen sharing and why., I have followed all suggestions such as using the online version, same issue occurs, removing VPNs and rebooting and updating apps and the mac itself......I use Teams constantly for work and this is causing me a major hassle!
Thanks

If it appears in Full Screen mode, then you just check the box and you're done. You only need to do this once.
Have you tried starting sharing in Full Screen mode? This worked for me.
It seems the pop-up window that the Mac OS tries to show you for opening the Screen Recording settings gets hidden unless you're in Teams full screen when you try to share screen.
