Failed to Update Your Profile! Every time whenever trying to sign in!

Whenever I open the app they ask "How would you like to appear on Teams?" After continuing always getting failed to update... Missed so many meeting due to it and still no solution. Tried creating a new account but it's the same.

How can I contact their customer support directly? As I have been facing this issue since few months.

Hi Agnisha,

Unfortunately, the MS Teams free version doesn't have a dedicated support channel as of now.

Also, the free organization uses the shared resources between various other tenants, so there are possibilities that you experience some issues with functionality due to high usages.

Nevertheless, could you please share the screenshot to visualise the issue?

Hi Nik,

I have similar problem to login to Teams Free. It keeps giving error code CAA20004 and tells to contact administrator.

However I am able to login at Teams Web App

Please advise what is the issue with Desktop Login for Teams Free
