Failed to Update Your Profile! Every time whenever trying to sign in!

Whenever I open the app they ask "How would you like to appear on Teams?" After continuing always getting failed to update... Missed so many meeting due to it and still no solution. Tried creating a new account but it's the same.

    Hi,

    If you need to join a call then just go to the link and you can join the meeting through the link. If you need to update your profile then follow the solutions provided in the chat, hope that will help you out.

    I getting failed to update your profile while sign in i tried all the methods but it doesn't work foe me. can you help me to resolve it.

    It still appears the "Failed to update your profile" box on both website and pc, even if I change information or not :(
