Failed to Update Your Profile! Every time whenever trying to sign in!

Whenever I open the app they ask "How would you like to appear on Teams?" After continuing always getting failed to update... Missed so many meeting due to it and still no solution. Tried creating a new account but it's the same.

    I tried that and it did not help. I can log in on my cell phone (android) but not on the web

    Here it is. And now it is continuously buffering, whenever I open the app. The error is not there, but cannot get out of this screen. Whenever I open the app, this screen pops up.

    Did you find any solution to your problem ? I am having the same issue where teams says "Unable to update profile" - "Use another account" OR "Retry'.
