MS Teams - Finding out who removed a participant from a meeting call

Title pretty much explains what I want to do. Some people, including myself, were kicked from a call and we want to find out who did. I searched for a while but couldn't find out how to do it so now I am here. Maybe I missed something.

Hi Kerim,

Thank you for post and the request.

For this issue, in teams meeting, other participants can remove or mute other members if they are willing to. Except for the meeting organizer, you can't remove the organizer.

We are sorry current there is no setting and configuration to set permission for the participant who allowed to remove participants or doing kind of things. We recommend you could post your requests or any related topics at https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/ and post your concern. We believe the request will be notified by the related teams and hope this new features will coming soon.

    Hi All,

    It seems that every one has an assumption that 1 person is removing in other person. It is not the case. 

    We are constantly facing this issue in our corporate environment were more than 10 people are invited.

    Teams kicks people out and just gives wrong message.

    This was verified by US.

    This problem is at worse at 9 Am - 1 Am( Uk time) probably since lot of people from various continents are access.

    We have a strict rule no to forward meetings to avoid overcrowding. There is no fix from Microsoft.

    !!!!!!!!Students possessing the ability to remove other participants from meetings is very frustrating as the teacher.  This issue needs to be addressed ASAP!!  There is no way I can continue for 5 more weeks like this.

    Those are some good options. As an admin I would also like the ability to control these settings at a user profile/meeting policy level. E.g. all users with student profile should not be able to remove participants or always join as attendees unless this is overridden by the host during the meeting.

    As I go through the thread, I now see it as a shortcoming from the MS Teams side.

    The suggestion should be incorporated wherein the Host in informed via a log of who removes/ kicks out whom from the meeting.

    Let the Host be the judge of removal actions.

    Additionally, a pop up could be generated for the Host to approve this removal, which can be approved/ declined.
