i am unable to get the background settings in microsoft teams

Dear Team ,

 I am using the latest Teams app in my windows 10 laptop. During the meeting for the video I am unable to get the background setting to select a background for my video. Request your help .

    I'm using desktop and I found it, but it won't let me do it. So now I'm really mad cuz my friends can do it in class but I can't.

    DAve before you join a meeting run Teams on your PC check to see that you can change the background then come out of that and then join your meeting should hopefully work
