I am using the latest Teams app in my windows 10 laptop. During the meeting for the video I am unable to get the background setting to select a background for my video. Request your help .

I have a windows pc which is windows 10 when we bought it from the store it allows me to change it, whereas in the desktop which was windows 7 which we upgraded it to windows 10 it does not let me is it because I have a camera which is wired to the computer or something
I have the same issue. Can add backgrounds on my laptop but not on my desktop? Was this ever resolved for you?
It has not yet done this to me for ever. Recently I just noticed this happened a month ago or something. It was never was fixed. Now what I just use snap camera to add the things.
I still have the same issue. I can't add backgrounds.

Please check if you can add custom backgrounds instead of the built-in ones during a meeting.
Also note, .jpg file format isn't supported when adding a custom background. You need a .png image which is flipped, so that it looks proper and not flipped in the other direction.
