i am unable to get the background settings in microsoft teams

Dear Team ,

 I am using the latest Teams app in my windows 10 laptop. During the meeting for the video I am unable to get the background setting to select a background for my video. Request your help .

    Hello Jesryl,

    I am also having a problem try to change or even get the feature of the background effects. I have a MacBook Pro 2012 (I don't know if it matters wha kind of computer it is) and I haven't been getting the feature. What am i suppose to do? Please let me know as soon as you can.

    I re-installed the Team software, then found if I went to the test call, and used Ctrl-Shift-P, it would blur the background.  The blur stays when you return to a call.  No joy on getting backgrounds selected, even after adding the %appdata%\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads folder and adding JPG or JFIF pictures.
