I am using the latest Teams app in my windows 10 laptop. During the meeting for the video I am unable to get the background setting to select a background for my video. Request your help .

I do have HP laptop (ENVY) I7 with 2 video cards which one is a Geforce GTX.
I also forced MS Teams to use the Geforce GTX but also no result.
But the main thing is, that it worked fine and suddenly it stopped working with the same laptop.
and it can't be fixed.
I have also a problem to set background setting on teams. How to do if option is not avialable like set background settinh wjat to do pls help

HP Spectre: everything works fine.
Conclusion for me:

I am a student and am using windows 7. I have many friends in class who are able to apply the virtual background on their teams app but i don't even get the option. Please tell me if this is an error or is it not there for windows 7
