i am unable to get the background settings in microsoft teams

Dear Team ,

 I am using the latest Teams app in my windows 10 laptop. During the meeting for the video I am unable to get the background setting to select a background for my video. Request your help .

    When I open the app Microsoft Teams it does not show the work.Please tell me why.And please also tell me what to do.

    How do we do all of this?

    One of my kids have the background feature on their school laptop but the other one does not have that feature.

    I don't know how to do all of this zip and copying stuff....lol

    I have the same problem since our company changed the teleconference from Skype to Team Microsoft.   I cannot change the background... altho some of my team members can.  What the heck is wrong with this system?  Please have someone answer and resolve this problem.  We have meetings almost every day and I want to change the boring background of my wall to something else!  Thank you.

    umm hi, my chrombook acer dosnt have the backround setting for microsoft teams, and i need to have it for online school. so can you pls contact me soon so i can figure out whats wrong with my laptop.THANKS!
