i am unable to get the background settings in microsoft teams

Dear Team ,

 I am using the latest Teams app in my windows 10 laptop. During the meeting for the video I am unable to get the background setting to select a background for my video. Request your help .

    Is the function back? Because I am using the laptop after 8 months or so, and I cannot get the virtual background option yet. I am using an HP Notebook 15-BS637TU.

    I can change my background, if the meeting link starts with teams.live.com. BUT I can only use the blur one if the link starts with teams.microsoft.com.

    The app's icon also change with the microsoft link to a big purple square with a T on, where the live link have a round icon with a small block with T on. The Task manager also have an extra sub task call MS Teams Meeting when I open the microsoft link. Wish I can find a turn around as the Blur function is not what I want

    Hope this is of some help. I clicked on my link to a meeting and clicked on "join now" This window opens with the option to join. Before joining there is below my camera the option to change background filters which opens the background settings click on one to see if the background changes also there is an option to add new pictures. If you haven`t got that background filters button you cannot change the background

    I have the same problem.I was using windows teams and there was feature of blurring video and more background effects.I selected and clicked on apply but it won't apply.
