Dear Team ,
I am using the latest Teams app in my windows 10 laptop. During the meeting for the video I am unable to get the background setting to select a background for my video. Request your help .

I have got the same problem so would be interested in any advice. I have disconnected my accounts and uninstalled teams then set them all up again as a way to try to fix it but nothing has worked so far.
Does that include the teams app for macbook?

Hello MichalMarhevka this is a very annoying problem. Before I join a meeting that someone else is running I start MSTeams on my PC and check that I can customise the background, two weeks ago I did this and it worked fine but Friday when I went to join a meeting I forgot to run my version first and when I joined the meeting the option was missing. after the meeting I ran my version on my PC and I was able to change the background. Well all I can suggest is run your version on your PC and see what happens ---- let me know

since the last Microsoft update last week, I can't run the version on my PC.
Anyway before this update, I couldn't see the background settings when I ran Teams on my PC...
