i am unable to get the background settings in microsoft teams

Dear Team ,

 I am using the latest Teams app in my windows 10 laptop. During the meeting for the video I am unable to get the background setting to select a background for my video. Request your help .

    I had that but since my pc don e a software update overnight on 12th November I have all the options back

    Press control/shift/P to blur the background  as for the other options they came back after to pc did a software update over night on Windows 10 with Office 365
