i am unable to get the background settings in microsoft teams

Dear Team ,

 I am using the latest Teams app in my windows 10 laptop. During the meeting for the video I am unable to get the background setting to select a background for my video. Request your help .

    I used to have the background effects for teams but it doesn't show anymore and i'm still on the same device
