MS Teams crashes when EOS Webcam Utility is used for Video

Hi, 

I am using Microsoft Teams for my school. I am using EOS Webcam Utility (NOT Beta) with my Canon EOS 80D. It was working perfectly with video calls for school up until about two weeks ago. Now, whenever I turn on my camera in a video call (and the video setting is EOS Webcam), my Teams crashes and I get an error saying, "There was a glitch. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please sign in again." 

In my school, there is an expectation that my camera is on, and my computer's webcam is unusable, so I really need this fixed, and quickly.

    Are there updates when a new version will come out to fix the issue? I have the same problem right now, Teams crashes whenever I use the EOS webcam utility.

    I've ensured that this has been logged in an internal issue tracker for the same, and have included a link to this thread.

    I've been able to reproduce this issue in Microsoft Teams Version 1.3.00.32283 (64-bit) with a Canon EOS 90D camera with EOS Webcam Utility version 1.0 (from 10-SEPT-2020).

    In Teams (bottom left) there is a help facility - this also allows you to report a problem. I did this yesterday - I suggest that you all do this as well as the logs are uploaded - with more info we may get a good fix. I also pointed them to this thread.

    I have this same issue, Teams  updated itself today to version 1.3.00.30866

    Canon EOS Webcam now causes Teams to crash.

    The EOS webcam works fine with all other conferencing services I have tried.

    Very poor. I spent a lot of time setting this up so that I could hold more professional looking remote meetings especially with customers.
