Hi,
I am using Microsoft Teams for my school. I am using EOS Webcam Utility (NOT Beta) with my Canon EOS 80D. It was working perfectly with video calls for school up until about two weeks ago. Now, whenever I turn on my camera in a video call (and the video setting is EOS Webcam), my Teams crashes and I get an error saying, "There was a glitch. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please sign in again."
In my school, there is an expectation that my camera is on, and my computer's webcam is unusable, so I really need this fixed, and quickly.

I am on version 1.3.00.34662 (64 bits) of Teams and Beta Version of Canon Webcam Utility.
The Beta version works just fine including with Z screen share software...
I downgraded the webcam utility a while ago and am still with it.
Not sure it helps, I hope some other users of this great utility will participate in this thread..

2021-02-15T13:13:44+00:00 Does Teams 1.4.00.2879 work with the desktop app without crashing? Curious if anyone is using this latest version of Teams with it. I haven't downloaded the Canon Webcam Utility yet and noticed the Canon website is still stating it works with Teams web app only. I assumed they would update that statement if there were changes to the functionality. thanks.

2020-12-24T10:00:40+00:00 HI guys, i downloaded today (Dec 24th) the latest version from microsoft.com and it installs the version 1.3.00.28779.
I tried uninstalling it and re-installing but same results.
I cannot get the 1.3.00.33674 version you mention above.
So weird. Does anyone else have the same issue?

2020-12-18T13:20:40+00:00 I can confirm this. MS Teams 1.3.00.3674 work again with the released version of the EOS Webcam Utility. I am using the current version 1.1.
