Hello all, as per the title description it was allw orking fine until latest days. When I share my full desktop in teams, other people sees a black screen, but sharing a single application works.

I've tried with the web app and it works fine, it's the local installation that is not working.

I've already tried to reinstall Teams and cleared all the cache but issue persist.

Anyone can help me out? it's driving me nuts

Thanks

Carlo

    Hello,

i have the same issue. I use an Acer Predator with the resolution 3440 x 1440 with a Dell Latitude.

Did some testing my self and dont know if it helps anyone, but here are some results:

Intel HAXM + secondary widescreen => black screen

Intel HAXM + main screen => will be shared

Hyper-V + Hypervisor + secondary widescreen  => shared with delay

Hyper-V + Hypervisor + main screen  => shared without problems

Browser + secondary widescreen => shared without problems

Browser + main screen => shared without problems

Dont know if its realy a problem with HAXM but in my case i need to deactivate it and use Hyper-V to share a widescreen.

We had the same problem. Apparently since the update the multi video doesn't work with older Teams meetings. We created a new meeting and can now have 9 videos on the screen. Nice of Microsoft to explain this as an issue.
