Microsoft Teams - Black screen when sharing desktop, works with single application

Hello all, as per the title description it was allw orking fine until latest days. When I share my full desktop in teams, other people sees a black screen, but sharing a single application works.

I've tried with the web app and it works fine, it's the local installation that is not working.

I've already tried to reinstall Teams and cleared all the cache but issue persist.

Anyone can help me out? it's driving me nuts

    Hi Allesandro, did you update manually? I have a newer version (Microsoft Teams Version 1.3.00.9267 (64-bit)), and i rebooted after updating just to be sure. as i mentioned, screen sharing now works for me for an ultra-wide screen (3440x14440).

    Thank you. Now the app works fine again

    Happy to report that screen sharing now works for me on my 3440x1440 widescreen. Thanks!

    I manually updated to the latest version (under profile, check for updates, and restarting the computer just to be sure) the version i have running now is : Microsoft Teams Version 1.3.00.9267 (64-bit)

    Hi All,

    MS failed... again

    I have now version 1.3.00.8663

    and full screen sharing on widescreen is black again

    wohooo

    You are right. Today I have had the same issue. BSD is back
