Timer or Countdown Clock for MS Teams

Is there a Timer feature in MS Teams?  I am looking to manage student tasks with a countdown timer or similar.

    Dear Donnie,

    For my lessons I use www.online-stopwatch.com so when I am sharing the sound and screen it works well. Sometimes I add a timer into my PowerPoint.
