How do I stop MS Teams Email and Calendar notifications?

    My ''missed activity emails'' setting has always been turned off, but for the past week or so I've been getting emails all of a sudden. I thought this was somehow enforced by my company in the app, but now I see here that many others have been getting emails too regardless of the setting. So this is obviously a bug. Hopefully MS fixes it soon cos it's getting really annoying.

    I'm still receiving them but have the email address send to my Junk folder to not see them show in my inbox

    We are all having exactly the same issue in my organization. It started to happen recently.

    Can someone from @Microsoft provide a status update on this issue?

    A year later, same issue and still no fix?
    The emails sometimes goes off and at some point returns.

    The email notification always been off like most of the notifications.
    This is absurd.

    Even more, since none of the staff can provide any answer after such an extended length of time.
    January 21st 2021? Oof.

    i'm part of an organization that is also experiencing this issue. we're about 5000 people and most of us are getting these emails even with the setting off on the Teams PC app, phone app and web app
