STOP MS Teams Email Notifications

Indeed, the turn-off mode isn't working at all.

Same in our company. Everyone suddenly started receiving "Missed activity emails" for only one or two specific group chats, although everyone had turned them off before. The setting is still turned off, in browser as well as in the app. And we still get emails.

Thank you very much for those details. I turned off the emails setting several months ago and it worked for a period of time. I am now getting emails again, despite not turning the notifications on. I have attempted to stop them by turning on the notifications and then turning them off again. That is not working. Do you have a process to stop receiving emails, even with your notifications turned off? I am receiving emails of this nature:

1. Your teammates are trying to reach you in Microsoft Teams Sarah mentioned Speech Team in Speech Team > General
2. Theres new activity in Teams You have 1 message, 3 mentions, 1 post
3. Hannah X posted a message Hi, Carly Woods Your teammates are trying to reach you in Microsoft TeamsMelanie sent a message in chat
4. etc.

My ''missed activity emails'' setting has always been turned off, but for the past week or so I've been getting emails all of a sudden. I thought this was somehow enforced by my company in the app, but now I see here that many others have been getting emails too regardless of the setting. So this is obviously a bug. Hopefully MS fixes it soon cos it's getting really annoying.

Can confirm I am also receiving these emails with the "Missed Activity Emails" setting disabled in the desktop app.
