How do I stop MS Teams Email and Calendar notifications?

Same for me, since a few weeks, even with this option turned off, I receive now e-mail. It's very annoying and it cluter my e-mail box!
My 'Missed activity emails' is already set to "Off". I changed this setting a few months ago and it was working great. Then very recently, like the past 2 or 3 weeks, I suddenly started receiving the emails again. I verified that my 'Missed activity emails' option was still set to "Off" and it is. Nothing I do seems to stop the email notifications from coming through.
Is there a bug with this feature? Is there a way I can clear cache or something to have it recognize my setup and stop sending me the emails? I am growing very frustrated and considering disabling Teams until this is fixed.
My screen is ENTIRELY different when I click Profile picture > Settings > Notifications. Here are the two screens I get. I don't see a way to block notifications when I am in a meeting. Can you please advise? Thanks.
Which browser did you use? I get message to get the app each time I try to use web version :(
