How do I stop MS Teams Email and Calendar notifications?

    My Email setting was already set to off but I dont want to silence the notifications when a meeting is starting or mute meeting chat notifications. Is there a work around because I am still receiving emails when a new team is created but all other MS Teams emails have stopped.

    We have users that are not able to go to a laptop/computer to turn this off. Is there anyway an admin can do? or from the mobile??

    Hi, our challenge is that multiple users have reported that they are still receiving the missed activity emails even though the option in settings is turned off. I have never recieved the notifications and then despite not changing any settings they started to appear in my inbox about a month ago.

    Hi Betty,

    Thank you very much for those details. I turned off the emails setting several months ago and it worked for a period of time. I am now getting emails again, despite not turning the notifications on. I have attempted to stop them by turning on the notifications and then turning them off again. That is not working. Do you have a process to stop receiving emails, even with your notifications turned off? I am receiving emails of this nature:

    1. Your teammates are trying to reach you in Microsoft Teams Sarah mentioned Speech Team in Speech Team > General
    2. Theres new activity in Teams You have 1 message, 3 mentions, 1 post
    3. Hannah X posted a message Hi, Carly Woods Your teammates are trying to reach you in Microsoft TeamsMelanie sent a message in chat
    4. etc.
