How do I stop MS Teams Email and Calendar notifications?

    Hi Clive,

    Based on my research, the notification setting could only be managed by users themselves, it is not possible to change notification setting for all users in the company. If you really need to do that, I recommend you feedback it to our dedicated Microsoft Teams feedback forum, our development team is there and they pay high importance on customers’ feedback, many features have been updated after our customers post the demands there, thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

    We are all having exactly the same issue in my organization. It started to happen recently.

    Can someone from @Microsoft provide a status update on this issue?

    "Ridiculous" is not the word for it, Good thing I don't use this software for work! 5 years ago or today, (it was better 5 years ago) it continues to get worse each day, look at Windows 11! Chock full of this type of stuff in all the apps that never get fixed features that no one wants, and no one, not even M$ Experts can tell you how to fix them, nothing is tested and nothing works. Can't believe people pay money for this and why people put up with it and continue to use junk.

    My ''missed activity emails'' setting has always been turned off, but for the past week or so I've been getting emails all of a sudden. I thought this was somehow enforced by my company in the app, but now I see here that many others have been getting emails too regardless of the setting. So this is obviously a bug. Hopefully MS fixes it soon cos it's getting really annoying.

    I'm still receiving them but have the email address send to my Junk folder to not see them show in my inbox
