Hi,
We just started using MS Teams. One of my coworkers has troubles using audio messages on his Android phone. When he taps on the little microphone to record a message, he gets this error message: "Error recording audio".
Since audio messages is something we use very frequently, this is a bit of a problem. I tried to google the problem to find out more, but I can't find any reference to this error on the internet.
Recording audio messages works fine for everybody else, so I'm a bit stumped as to what's happening here.
Can anybody help?

So there is an update.
Microsoft identified this as a bug with Intune. A fix is scheduled for the end of August 2020.
hi all my conpany has recently adopted teams as the work from home main app for contacting each others, we have almost 3000+ employees and all Android users are facing the same exact issue, but iPhone users are using it fine

I got the issue, i can't use the Audio since i upgrade my phone to Samsung s10. It works fine on my s8 .
I have the same everything and I did all what suggested here and it's still not working and it's very annoying for me and effecting my business
Yeah, we still have the problem too. No help from Microsoft. We‘re now using a audiorecorder app as a workaround (we record the audio message with the app, then upload it into Teams). Not great, but better than nothing.
