Hi,
We just started using MS Teams. One of my coworkers has troubles using audio messages on his Android phone. When he taps on the little microphone to record a message, he gets this error message: "Error recording audio".
Since audio messages is something we use very frequently, this is a bit of a problem. I tried to google the problem to find out more, but I can't find any reference to this error on the internet.
Recording audio messages works fine for everybody else, so I'm a bit stumped as to what's happening here.
Can anybody help?

So there is an update.
Microsoft identified this as a bug with Intune. A fix is scheduled for the end of August 2020.
Hi Barbara, I have the exact same issue on Android. And I was able to record audio messages in the past using teams on the same phone. My guess is that some app update might have broken this functionality. I'm using a Pixel 4.

Hey Barbara, today actually. I wanted to be the cool kid in the block and send an audio message to my senior management (that of course have their own little whatsapp group) and show that we can do this from Teams. Poor me!
