MS TEAMS- "we couldn't complete the call"

Hello,

I've a case where MS Teams, the mobile app was working fine until suddenly it didn't. Every time we try joining a call, we get the message "we couldn't complete the call". Is there a reason for this? Does anybody have any idea how to resolve this?

    I am also having the same issue. My both the kids online classes are effected due to this. I am on Amazon Fire tablet fire HD 8(7 th generation)

    Fire OS 5.6.6.0

    I have two users reporting the same issue since friday (aug.7) using android devices. Previously had no problems.

    I have confirmed that one user can use their desktop just fine, but many students don't have multiple devices to run tests.

    Hello SruthiVempati,

    Sorry for experiencing this issue.

    • Can you try connecting on a different network to check if the issue is the same?
    • You can also check some applications installed in your mobile (like Antivirus) if it’s blocking calls.
    • Try uninstalling and installing Team latest version in your mobile.

    I tried all the steps suggested nothing seems to be working. The Teams App seems to be working fine on my mobile however it fails on my kids tablet. They have their online classes on teams.  I tried with the browser on tablet I get Your browser version isn't supported.

    I am able to join team meetings for same user from other devices - laptop, iPhone etc.
