MS TEAMS- "we couldn't complete the call"

Hello,

I've a case where MS Teams, the mobile app was working fine until suddenly it didn't. Every time we try joining a call, we get the message "we couldn't complete the call". Is there a reason for this? Does anybody have any idea how to resolve this?

Hello,

i am also facing same issues (we couldn't complete call) , when my son trying to join online classes.

I am using Amazon ( fire HD 10 ( 7th generation).

The issue is started from 10th Aug 2020.

I have tried couple of times to uninstall and installing Microsoft Team but still the issue occurred.

I am able to join call from other device.

Please help me out in resolving issue asap.

Everytime Ï am trying to join microsoft teams from my phone, ï get the message, "we couldnt complete your call".

How cam Ï resolve this matter.

I too have the same issue. It was working fine until 4 days ago.
