MS TEAMS- "we couldn't complete the call"

Hello,

I've a case where MS Teams, the mobile app was working fine until suddenly it didn't. Every time we try joining a call, we get the message "we couldn't complete the call". Is there a reason for this? Does anybody have any idea how to resolve this?

    Hi All,

    I tried difference device to download the teams from google play, find the issue only happend in android version 6 or below, my other 2 devises work fine with the latest apps with android 7.0 & 9.0.

    I dont know if it the bugs.

    The only solution is uninstall the apps which you downloaded from play store, and install a previous version through 3rd party website, I tried the versioin in May, it works super fine with the calls.

    i have the same issue! kids classes are getting affected. the problematic device is samsung tab4 (android).

    although able to connect call with other device.

    till yesterday it was working fine. today suddenly it fails to connect the call.

    do let me know when it solved

    I am also having same issue. Kid's online classes are effected due to this. I have 2 Amazon fire tabs and facing issues in both of them.

    I am also having same issue. Kid's online classes are effected due to this. I am on Amazon table fire HD 8 (7th generation) Fire OS 5.3.7.2 (657611720)

    I am able to join team meetings for same user from other devices - laptop, iPhone etc.

    Hello SruthiVempati,

    Sorry for experiencing this issue.

    • Can you try connecting on a different network to check if the issue is the same?
    • You can also check some applications installed in your mobile (like Antivirus) if it’s blocking calls.
    • Try uninstalling and installing Team latest version in your mobile.

    I tried all the steps suggested nothing seems to be working. The Teams App seems to be working fine on my mobile however it fails on my kids tablet. They have their online classes on teams.  I tried with the browser on tablet I get Your browser version isn't supported.
