Our company has been using Teams  for a while, it works very well for me until today. I can't sign in Teams desktop in my computer after I upgraded my OS from Win7 to Win10. But the funny part is that Teams web and Teams in my Phone(android)  are still working very well. The desktop Teams feedbacks with error code: 0xCAA30194, which is attached below. Can anyone help with it? Thanks in advance.

I had the same problem within Teams but it is fixed now.

I hope this will help.

Steps:

* Uninstalled Teams

* Reboot Windows

* Installed latest version of Teams

* Open Windows Firewall settings and add Teams to pass-through Windows Firewall.

* Signed into Teams.

* Connected.

We were also facing the same issue in multiple computers, I quickly followed the following steps and voila, 

1. Right Click on the app and go to properties
2. Go to Compatibility tab
3. On the compatibility mode, Tick Run this program in compatibility mode for and select windows 7

Open the app and it opens up with no error.

I faced the same login issue with MS Team desktop client, with error code - caa30194

Uninstalled , the couple of reset done - nothing worked. Finally change the compatibility mode:

• Right click MS Teams app icon and open the 'Properties' window.
• Under 'Compatibility' tab, check the 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' and select Windows 8
• Click Apply and Click OK.

This helps to resolved my teams issue. :)
