How to Record Attendance in Microsoft Teams?

Dear Microsoft,

Good day to you.

When we are using Microsoft Teams to hold a meeting/training, attendees will join or quit during the meeting occasionally. For example, 3 attendees join a meeting at 10:03 am, then 1 of them quit at 10:30. But the meeting ends at 11:00.

In this case, as the meeting administrator, it's hard to capture everyone's attendance record in a meeting for 100+ attendees. Now we are using a “stupid” method to screen capture the "currently in this meeting" list as an evidence for the attendance record. But as mentioned, it's hard to cover all, and what's worse, since we can only get a picture file, we need to type the attendees' info. in Excel manually, which is so time-wasting.

Is there a functionality available in Teams to record and export the real-time(or the overall) attendance directly and then we can download? Or is it in the development road-map of Teams?

    Dear ,

    With all respect to the Ms. Team still there is no any solutions found for such , however there will be a workaround I have created to overcome such matter 

    Step 1 : I have created a survey through Google Forms 

    Step 2 : I have put there a test box with filed name called [ Name ] , [ Employee Number ] 

    Step 3 : Shared the link in the chant box & ask the attendees to fill it with the

    Step 4 : Go to the survey and export the excel  

    Done & Completed :)

    Attendence is mandatory to take,if that option is not available  ee doesn't know exact members participated  in the class ,so i request Microsoft teams to solve this problem as soon as possible

    Good Video for attendance , but generally if i require more fields in the attendance sheet like enrollment number , batch number etc while taking lectures , then what to do ? As in attendance list on First name and Last name is coming .  

    Also if meeting ended , we forget to download attendance list , then how to get back the attendance of the old meetings?

    if possible help.
