Yes. This is what we see. Clearing the cache updates all versions, but the Mobile and Browser versions update themselves without clearing the cache.

So far the survey shows that most users (about 70%) do not see this issue at all, though they are using the same versions as the ones who do see the issue.

All are on Windows 10.

All are using both Mobile and Desktop.

None are using the browser version.

This problem is affecting our entire dev team.  It has multiple symptoms:

    • Content in threads is appearing out of order/grouped by contributor
    • The thread is marked on the left panel as having new content, but you have to leave and re-enter the thread to see any updates

We migrated to teams from other platforms because it was included in our licensing, but this bug has actually put our ability to support our production environment at risk because we cannot effectively communicate and have had to result to conference calls during production issues.

There are requests to get off of teams just because of this issue that seems like a minor thing if you hear the complaints but it is huge if your real time collaboration tool is not real time and not presenting the information in the order that things are being posted.

We found a workaround that seems to solve the problem on long-term:

Do the following on all affected channels:

    1. Right-click channel and click «Hide»
    2. Right-click channel and click «Show»

    Hi Veejay,

I tried this as a solution and it did bring all my feeds up to date. However, the problem is still there.

When anyone posts a reply or reaction to a post, my Activity feed gets the update (the counter changes on the Activity bell icon and the feed list shows the activities.

But the posts to which these activities refer do not get updated at all. Sometimes for several days.

Like @FL_IT_Dir, I have done these steps:

    • Signed out of MS Teams
    • Deleted Teams folder as mentioned above
    • Rebooted system
    • Uninstalled MS Teams
    • Reinstalled MS Teams
    • Signed in as user

I can post messages. I can see other people replying and reaction in my activity feed. But I cannot see the actual replies or reactions on the post itself.

This only happens in Teams Channels. It does not happen in chat.

I have colleagues who have the same problem.

I also have colleagues who do not have this problem.

We are all using Windows 10.

Any updates on this? We are experiencing the same thing for a number of users within the same team.
