iPhone Teams App Keeps Crashing

Aloha, I am currently using the Microsoft teams app on my iphone, however the app keeps on crashing. I still receive notifications and the app opens, however it will not stay open for any longer than about 4-5 seconds.  I have tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall the app and also restarting my device but to no avail  Both my device and app are up to date.  Apple said that they were unable to help me on their end because Teams is a third party app.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Mahalo in advance for your help.

    Is there any soultion other than just reporting the issue?

    I’m also experiencing the same issue and I need access to teams on my phone for work! 

    Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find a solution yet. It seems like many others are having the same issue as well.

    Hopefully Microsoft is able to fix this problem quickly. It seems to be associated with an update. Will keep everyone posted if a solution is found!

    Hi,

    Same issue here. It started last night. When it crashed the first time, my iOS wasn’t the latest verison. Then I updated iOS to 13.6 and reinstalled the app, no luck. I’m using iPhone 7 Plus. MS Teams version is 2.0.17.

    One thing I’ve noticed if you disconnect from the wifi and cellular signal / airplane mode the app opens and stays open. If you turn on wifi or cellular data, it crashes instantly.

    Yep this is true. 

    Helps to quickly check messages for milliseconds if u then start wifi. Alas, it crashes right after that though.
