iPhone Teams App Keeps Crashing

Aloha, I am currently using the Microsoft teams app on my iphone, however the app keeps on crashing. I still receive notifications and the app opens, however it will not stay open for any longer than about 4-5 seconds.  I have tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall the app and also restarting my device but to no avail  Both my device and app are up to date.  Apple said that they were unable to help me on their end because Teams is a third party app.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Mahalo in advance for your help.

    I'm Rodell, Independent Advisor and a Microsoft User like you. Let me help you out with your concern.

    May I ask what type of iPhone are you using, also the IOS version.

    In this scenario, I suggest you feedback the issue and send the Teams log to the in-app team. You can just click Settings > Help and feedback > Report an issue to send the log file to the related team. And after the standard version releases out, the fix could apply to Teams with the next update. Your time and patience are highly appreciated.

    Thanks for your reply & for your guidance! I really appreciate it.  

    I have an iPhone 11 pro (iOS version 13.6).  

    Unfortunately, the app does not stay open long enough for me to report the issue through the app settings. The time frame I have for the app to stay open ranges anywhere from a second or two (or 4-5 seconds if I'm lucky).  Most of the time if I try to toggle to a different screen (from chat to settings or from notifications to chat, etc.) the app will automatically close. I appreciate your suggestion though.  Hopefully the next app update it will work.
