Having rushed into setting things up on Teams due to COVID-19, we now find that we would like to rearrange our teams and use channels more. Is there an easy way to move content (posts and files) from one team to another, please?

I'd be happy to just take a stable platform now - this is obviously quite a stretch goal for the team
I know. Completely agree. It’s what holds us back from embracing Teams over other similar tools. Seems a bit ridiculous.
We're just getting started with Teams and already this is an issue. I'd love to be able to move a finished conversation to an archive or even just another channel.
So what other platforms do you recommend?
Please MS devs, hear us, make this feature.
I've just come across this as well.
However I have found a partial solution which is cross posting.
You can edit your post and then there is a + icon on the top left. Click that and add another channel. Seems that comments are also restricted by the channel - but at least it allows different teams to comment on the post in their respective channels without creating a lot of noise.
You may just have fixed it!
The poster has to double post, go into the right channel and then unpost in the wrong un, but it will work.
