Moving posts from one channel/Team to another?

Having rushed into setting things up on Teams due to COVID-19, we now find that we would like to rearrange our teams and use channels more.  Is there an easy way to move content (posts and files) from one team to another, please?

    For now, this is a marked on it´s own. The management of Teams content is left out from MS native functionality, leaving these management tasks to third parties. And all uses cases can be solved using third parties, but for now I have not found one provider that solves all issues - you´ll have to purchase multiple to get all the functionality an enterprise actually need.

    The only way i can see of doing it is to open up the message (if it has replies) to see the full trail and then highlight, copy and paste into new channel. I deleted the link thread then posted. Not pretty, very loborious especially if you have a long history that needs transferring acroos.
