Moving posts from one channel/Team to another?

Having rushed into setting things up on Teams due to COVID-19, we now find that we would like to rearrange our teams and use channels more.  Is there an easy way to move content (posts and files) from one team to another, please?

    Hi,

    can anyone please advise when we'll have this functionality available?

    As many people mentioned, there is a requirement to move chats contents to Teams - we are very limited trying to tidy up, merge etc.

    Is there any updates on this?... open for 2 years already and radio silence form Microsoft! come one this is a really needed feature to organize teams
