Greetings!
Microsoft Teams recently rolled out the Microsoft Fluent emoji style in Teams. This change altered all emojis and reactions across the platform and made them look incredibly displeasurable and unusual. In a business environment, I would venture to say the updated emojis are unusable due to the fact that they are so silly (for lack of a better word). I have thus far been unable to revert the emojis back to the way they were before this update; however, I would like to do this, as would my team. Is there any way to revert the emojis back to the way they were before this Microsoft Fluent emoji style update?

Looks like the 3 feedbacks all having several thousands of votes have been merged into a collection. https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/idea/77fa83ab-c319-ed11-b83e-000d3a4d92e4 Is this a strategy to reset the vote count as it is quite low on the collection ?
Such merge should have the total individual votes of each original feedback.

Well I guess MS is happy to lose their business client base over this. The new emoji's are dreadful and not fit for business at all. Time to explore non-MS alternatives.
I don't think 3D emojis can ever be accessible to people with visual impairments. Most 3D images look strange on a 2D background, and emojis in particular are not well suited to it because they are so small. The 3D Fluent Teams emojis have the added challenge of being difficult to interpret even if you can see them - they are creepy and don't evoke the emotions they are intended to evoke.
Microsoft has a Disability Answer Desk that addresses accessibility issues. You might want to try contacting them to ask that we be allowed to use high-contrast, 2D emojis on Teams for the sake of accessibility and inclusiveness in the workplace. The easiest solution would be for us to be allowed to choose the old emoji set, but even a new 2D set would be better than the new ones. My colleagues and I really don't feel comfortable with them and they could lead to workplace misunderstandings.

Now they've simply frozen the voting, not aggregated the voting, and are only allowing you to vote for their idea of improving the new emojis. Microsoft has gone "Business-deaf" in favor of their really bad idea, ignoring the clear and distinct feedback from the business community to REVERT!!! NO, WE DON'T WANT IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BAD "NEW" EMOJIS, WE WANT THEM REVERTED. You're not listening, Microsoft.
