No sound when entering a Meeting on Teams

Hello,

I have observed on numerous occasions that when I enter a Meeting on the Microsoft Teams Windows app (with my Mic and Camera off, because it is university related and someone else is presenting) I can't hear anything. It doesn't happen all the time. I have tried entering the Meeting again and sometimes it works and I can hear. I have also opened the Volume mixer and that was not the issue (the Meeting was note muted). I even tried reinstalling the App. This only happens in a Meeting, not a private call with someone else and only on the Windows app, not the browser. I would like to use the App though, so does anyone know how I can solve this?

Hi,

I finally figured this one out. when this window comes up, it probably shows that the selected option is: Don't use Audio. Unchecking it will not do anything but if you click on computer audio, your settings will be such that it goes to computer audio every time you join a meeting.
