Moving the participants' videos to the top instead of bottom of screen

Yes, it would be so much better to be able to view the video thumbnails of the participants at the TOP of my computer screen, near my webcam, so that I can show better eye contact with the meeting participants.

In Zoom, I can move all the participant's faces to the top of my screen.  But in MS Teams, I can only do that for one person at a time, by minimizing the Teams window and dragging it to the top.  But that doesn't work with people are sharing their presentation screens.

Please fix this, Microsoft!!   Thank you.

It would be great if when a user is sharing their screen during a video call, the list of participants and their small video feeds were shown above the shared content rather than below it. Many times people are looking at themselves or other participants when speaking, and it looks to others like their eyes are closed. By moving the user's own image and the images of others to the top of the screen, above the shared content, there's a better likelihood that users will be looking upwards towards the camera rather than down.

Can this be changed in user settings or is this an optimization request?

totally agree, it drives me crazy!!

Upvote - most pc cameras and all external cameras are at the top of our screen. When I look at people, it looks like I am looking down
