Additional meeting and call-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business
Zoom has it, huge failure by Teams not to have this!

It would be great if when a user is sharing their screen during a video call, the list of participants and their small video feeds were shown above the shared content rather than below it. Many times people are looking at themselves or other participants when speaking, and it looks to others like their eyes are closed. By moving the user's own image and the images of others to the top of the screen, above the shared content, there's a better likelihood that users will be looking upwards towards the camera rather than down.
Can this be changed in user settings or is this an optimization request?

Please include this feature!
How hard can this be to fix and/or address
Couldn't agree more!
Now I work in a project with only one other person and we meet daily.
Everytime we share a screen and sometimes have a discussion, we see each other by looking to the right bottom.
That is super weird knowing that we want to look at the person to show attention but it is stupid since we're not actually look at each other.
I am surprised microsoft adds together mode as a new feature which is not more essential than this feature.
Another upvote. Zoom does this. I like Teams but it's a meaningful disadvantage that we can't do this. Please add!
