It would be great if when a user is sharing their screen during a video call, the list of participants and their small video feeds were shown above the shared content rather than below it. Many times people are looking at themselves or other participants when speaking, and it looks to others like their eyes are closed. By moving the user's own image and the images of others to the top of the screen, above the shared content, there's a better likelihood that users will be looking upwards towards the camera rather than down.
Can this be changed in user settings or is this an optimization request?

Agreed with the other users here: it would be good to have the option to move participants near the camera (i.e. top of the screen) to allow me to appear to be looking at the participants.
Zoom has the ability to move people display and it works great to keeping eyes up.
I'm curious why this isn't available on MS Teams... I though MS was a trend setter?
Please do add this feature. It will be very helpful.
